2. Meet for a Discovery Call
As soon as a slot opens up that matches your availability, I will personally invite you to book a complimentary, zero-pressure Discovery Call to ensure we are a great fit. This will be in the form of a Zoom call.
3. Choose your Lesson Bundle
Once we map out your custom goals and confirm a schedule, you will select the lesson bundle that fits your lifestyle. From there, you will enter a calm, supportive, judgment-free space designed entirely around your progress.

Support Beyond the Lesson
Language learning happens in everyday moments. Whether you’re ordering coffee, speaking with a neighbour, or trying to understand something you’ve heard, questions often arise between lessons.
Students may send occasional language-related questions via WhatsApp and can expect a response within 48 hours during business days.

Once you’ve selected your lesson bundle and completed payment, simply send me an email with your chosen bundle and we can get started.
Lesson policies
To create a calm, respectful, and organised learning environment, I kindly ask all students to read the following information before booking lessons.
Booking and Payment
All lessons and lesson packages are prepaid and must be booked in advance.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hoursโ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hoursโ notice may still be charged.
Late arrivals
If a student is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the lesson may be considered cancelled. Lessons will still finish at the originally scheduled time.
Missed lessons
Lessons missed without notice are non-refundable.
Lesson Bundles
Lesson packages are valid for a limited period of time and should be used within the agreed timeframe.
Time zones
Students are responsible for checking their local timezone when booking lessons.
Please note that all lesson times are scheduled according to Portugal time (WET/WEST).
Technical issues
If technical difficulties occur on my side, the lesson will always be rescheduled.
