Lesson policies
To create a calm, respectful, and organised learning environment, I kindly ask all students to read the following information before booking lessons.
Booking and Payment
All lessons and lesson packages are prepaid and must be booked in advance.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may still be charged.
Late arrivals
If a student is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the lesson may be considered cancelled. Lessons will still finish at the originally scheduled time.
Missed lessons
Lessons missed without notice are non-refundable.
Lesson Bundles
Lesson packages are valid for a limited period of time and should be used within the agreed timeframe.
Time zones
Students are responsible for checking their local timezone when booking lessons.
Please note that all lesson times are scheduled according to Portugal time (WET/WEST).
Technical issues
If technical difficulties occur on my side, the lesson will always be rescheduled.
